Ideal budget accommodation. Great location (right next to the LUAS, 3 stops and you're in the city centre). Whole place was very new and clean. Nice en-suite. Would definitely stay again due to the very reasonable price.

Could this be the unicorn we’re all looking for?
The tram station right beneath the window made getting to the city center a breeze, and the cozy kitchen was a delightful bonus.
While the trams were close, they were a bit noisy, which might bother some light sleepers.

spotlessly clean rooms, easy walking distance to Phibsborough, shared kitchen facilities
This is student accommodation masquerading as a legit hotel!!! Limited amenities like towels and no soap. Check-out changed to an hour earlier with no notice!!! A bit of a downgrade from the usual hotel experience!!!

The room was spacious and comfy, the bed was really good. We loved the big window next to it. The bathroom was nice too, maybe a bit small, but still fine. Plus, the location was great, just a short walk to the Luas stop, making it easy to explore the city.
